Refund & Cancellation Policy – Vital Testing Solutions

• Refunds are not available once testing has been performed or if DNA kits or collection materials have been shipped.
   
• Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty.
   
• Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative service fee.

• If sample recollection is required and a participant is unable or unwilling to proceed, no refund will be issued; however, the appointment can be rescheduled upon request.
   
• Estimated result turnaround times are shared during scheduling and reconfirmed at the time of testing. While we strive to deliver results on time, occasional delays may occur.
   
• Once testing has begun, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
